Cattlemen’s Bar-B-Que
The Peterbourough Cattlemen’s Association held its 25th annual BBQ at Frank Young’s farm in Ennismore on Sunday.
The BBQ is held every year on the Sunday of the Civic Long Weekend. The purpose of the BBQ is for everyone to have a great time and raise awareness of the cattle industry.
Approximately 600 adults attended the party and were entertained by the country and western band Emily Creek.
The kids enjoyed organized games and competitions, but most were happy entertaining themselves.
Over 600 pounds of beef was cooked on a spit and enjoyed by the hungry crowd.
