Jazz Fest Saturday

The 11th annual Lakefield Jazz, Art and Craft Festival will be held on Saturday July 4 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Isabel Morris Park on the scenic Otonabee River in Lakefield.

An all day event, the Festival boasts a unique lineup of Canadian jazz musicians, including Rob Phillips, the Ragweed Jazz Band, the Sarah Jerrom Quintet, the Reg Schwager Quartet, Robi Botos, and Steve McCracken and The Channel Cats.

Equally impressive is the collection of 26 artisans and crafters who will be offering high quality paintings, sculpture, jewellery, glassware, furniture, carvings, photography, pottery and clothing for sale.

The event will also feature restaurant-catered food, beverages, and, on our own pavilion, dancing under the stars beginning at 9 p.m.

Admission is $8 per person and $15 per couple.

The Lakefield Jazz, Art and Craft Festival is a non-profit organization managed by a volunteer committee and supported by the Township of Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield.

The Committee is grateful for the sponsorship and assistance of our corporate sponsors and for the dedicated work of our volunteers.
