DD sets date for Sunday hunting public meeting

At the February 5 Douro-Dummer council meeting the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) made a request for a public meeting to address the issue of Sunday hunting within the Township. On Tuesday evening council decided the date would be May 31 at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Jones stated that he wanted to make sure that there was enough lead time for seasonal residents to attend and a winter meeting would not allow this opportunity.
