Peterborough OPP investigate cottage break-in in Trent Lakes
Peterborough County OPP responded to a Break-In at a Sand Lake Circle address, west of the Village of Buckhorn on Saturday, March 2.
Sometime between February 23 and March 2, thieves forced entry into the victim’s cottage and stole assorted bottles of liquor, 20 DVDs and VHS movies, a DVD/VHS player, a chainsaw, 20 litres of gasoline, a pair of binoculars and a carved wooden Urn containing the ashes of the victim’s Grandfather.
The investigation is continuing and police request anyone with information on this Crime or any other to contact Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police at 705-742-0401 or 1-888-310-1122.
