James Bradford joins the staff at The Herald

Hello, I’m James Bradford, the new reporter at the Lakefield Herald.

I studied Photojournalism at Loyalist College in Belleville and graduated in 2009. Since then I have lived in downtown Toronto.

In Toronto I worked as a photographer and have been taking courses toward a degree at The University of Toronto.

I have an interest in the outdoors, I like hiking, canoeing and astronomy and recently I travelled quite a bit.

I’m excited for the opportunity to work and live in a community that has so much nature and outdoor activities.

I look forward to learning more about this community and exploring some of the wild places in the area.
