“With recent growth in the business driven by project success, Greenview has additional in-house expertise to offer municipalities in Ontario, in all facets of municipal infrastructure and asset management,” said president Tyler Peters in a presentation made to Council on Tuesday.

“As a design-build firm, experience in the design and construction of infrastructure assets is a specialization in high-value to municipal clients,” said Peters.

“Greenview and Evergreen are partner companies, based in our new, state-of-the-art, sustainable professional office building in Hastings Highlands, Ontario.”

“Featuring the latest in sustainable building materials and practices, this facility showcases the skills and experience our companies and staff have to offer our municipal clients.”

To date the company has provided services as far south as Peterborough and Belleville.

“The majority of services we provide are in the municipal sector,” said Peters.

“What we want to do is become involved with new project whether that means engineering and contract services or helping municipal staff.”

The presentation to council was a preliminary meeting, which detailed package services and incentives available to the Municipality of Trent Lakes if it chose to hire the firm.

Council will look at the proposal in further detail before making any decisions.
