The Ennismore Robert Young Construction Juveniles advanced to the B/BB OMHA semi-finals after taking the second and third games of the best of five series at home on Friday and Saturday against the Walkerton Capitals.
The Eagles won game one in Walkerton 6-0 taking the series 6 points to 0.
In game two on Friday night the Eagles beat the Capitals 8-0 then on Saturday afternoon took game three 10-0.
Mitch Moher led the Eagles with two goals and three assists, Ian Cummings had three and one, Cole Murduff had one and three, Riley Campbell had a goal and three assists, Andrew Brown had two and two, Nick Saltern had one and two, Patrick Doherty had three assists, Ryan Braithwaite had two goals and an assist, Eric Gifford one and two, Robbie Wallbridge one and one, Tyler Roy two goals, Joey Marshall two assists, Clayton Peace one goal, Alex Payette and Josh Gautier chipped in with one assist each.
Branden Timperio picked up the shutout on Friday night and Aaron Poast duplicated that on Saturday afternoon.
The Eagles now await the winner of Lincoln and Tavistock for the semi-final tilt.
