Ennismore Shamrock Festival Truck and Tractor Pull July 18, 19 and 20

The Ennismore Shamrock Festival is shaking things up this year, with new events and new truck and tractor pull classes!

The three day Festival will feature a varied program of fun and excitement for all ages to enjoy at the Ennismore Robert E. Young Recreation Complex, 553 Ennis Road, Ennismore.

The party begins on Friday, July 18 at the Ennismore Community Centre. A local favourite band, Family Tyes, will be playing from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. With a break from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. there will be an opportunity to showcase local talent.

You will not want to miss this new exciting event, for only $5 per person or $10 for the family!

To top the night off at 10:00 p.m., the Shamrock Committee teamed up with Kevin Fitzgerald again to have an amazing fireworks display! If you missed this last year, be sure to be there July 18!

Saturday is Family Fun Day with many free children’s activities, Airbounce Amusements, sundae making, face painting and crazy hair to name a few.

All day BBQ, several local organization booths; Library book sale; Optimist Ball Hockey Tournaments, and Family Tyes performing again from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. are among the attractions.

The Annual Truck & Tractor Pulls will be held Sunday, July 20, rain or shine.

New this year: Mini Modified Tractors, Vintage tractors 5500 lbs., Hot Stock 4x4 Trucks.

Admission is only $5 per person over 12 years of age. Anyone interested in pulling can check our website, or to view the classes and registration times. Pulls start at 12 noon.

There will be bleacher seating, Chemung Lake District Lions Club fund raising BBQ, a licensed refreshment tent available track-side and Publican House Brewery sampling station.
