Message: Hello. I was an Olympic Torchbearer in Lakefield on December 16, and was wondering if there was any chance I could get a copy of your paper that featured the torchrun. Message: Hello Lakefield; It's where I still call home even after living in the States (Atlanta now!) for the past 19 years. Boy do I miss Lakefield! As Neil Young said "all my changes happened there"
I always stop in for a visit when I come up there to show my kids what a great place it was to grow up. Maybe someday soon I'll be able to retire with a cottage there. Great memories of friends and good times. See you again soon.

Message: Hello Lakefield. I was born and raisedin the Lakefield area. I Graduated highschool and continued on other things. I am living in Saint John New Brunswick with my wife and daughter. Everytime i come home for a visit i grab a herald or have my mother send me copies so i can keep up on the old home town. I miss Lakefield with its country charm and great sense of family. I may be on the East Coast but Lakefield will always be called home.
